In this new addition to our class offerings, we will work exclusively with concentrated dye powders to create a range of rich & vibrant natural tones. If you've ever wanted to explore natural dye powders this is the class for you. 

We will spend the morning experimenting with a range of traditional dyes & modifiers to dye a range of natural fibres. We will look at different types of mordants & how to choose the best one for your needs. We'll create dye baths from a range of plant-based dye powders & dye a spectrum of stunning natural colours. You'll finish the class with a wide range of rich hues, a deeper understanding of the process & a clear guide represented in your  swatch book. 

This 4.5 hour workshop will develop your skills & build your confidence as a natural dyer. 

This workshop is perfect for anyone with basic experience of the natural dye process (familiar with scouring & mordanting). It's an ideal follow on class to my beginners natural dye workshop and perfect for thoes interested in created vibrant, safe & sustainable natural colour.
