Join us for a very special day of botanical dyes, inks & so much more. In a cobbled courtyard beneath an imposing Clocktower in Co. Meath, we'll gather to create, forage & feast.
This workshop will take place in two beautiful old stone houses: the homes of Jeni Glasgow & her mother Mo Glasgow. We'll extract dyes, make inks & colour textiles from plants picked from Mo's garden & forage wild elements from Jeni's woodland orchard too.
Making dyes & inks is from easily sourced natural ingredients is both elemental & joyous. The simple pleasure of soothing natural colour reflected on handmade paper & natural fibres is one to savor.
We'll also enjoy a sumptuous luncheon created by Jeni. Expect vibrant seasonal bounty & locally grown organic delights. It's sure to be a day full of creativity, botanical immersion, colour stories & good food!
