I’m a natural dye artist and educator specialising in traditional plant-based dyeing techniques.
With over 16 years of experience across sustainable product development and natural dye practice, my work is rooted in understanding how plant colour behaves & interacts with natural materials.
I came to natural dyeing through curiosity rather than formal training. What kept me here was the quiet magic of it all: the alchemy of working with plants, the pull to understand what colours lie hidden beneath the surface, and the desire to keep learning.
My teaching focuses on the foundations, working with dye plants, preparing fibres, and creating natural colours that last. I demystify the process so natural dyeing feels accessible, enjoyable, and deeply satisfying.
