The honest answer is, it depends on you and your current situation. Most of our students grasp the process, build confidence & see results within 2-6 months.
Others might take a few extra months to read through the lessons and practice the steps. There is no rush and no right or wrong amount of time, because you have 2 years' access to the course and all future updates! Remember, this isn't a "quick fix" by any means; it takes practice & dedication to become skilled and confident in most subjects.
I recommend setting aside 1-4 hours per module to go through the material and practice the steps & techniques.

We'll meet for an intro session on January 31st, our first official live class is Feb 7th & our last class is April 25th. We'll meet twice a month during February, March & April. If you can't make a class, don't worry; classes will be recorded and uploaded to your course portal for your convenience.
You'll have 2 years of unlimited access to the videos & lessons in the course. You'll also benefit from any updates or improvements made to the course.
The amount of time you spend on the course is up to you, if you could dedicate at least one module per month, and watch the pre-recorded classes to supplement your learning, you'll see the best results.
Equipment can be purchased inexpensively or sourced from your kitchen. To get the most from the course, I suggest you purchase a few ingredients which can be purchased for less than €30.
Yes, you get it all: access to a community & private area for your group. You also have a chance to ask me during our monthly live calls & through email. I'll also be checking in with you after each class & throughout the duration of the course. If you select the pay in full option, you'll also get an introductory private call.
Yes, the dye plants are only one part of a more extensive process. While plants may differ, there is enough relevant cross-over & substantial teaching to be applicable no matter where you live.
Yes, the module on mordanting is the most detailed and extensive in the course. I go through every option & alternative with clear instructions and detailed guides.

I’ve combined my years of varied natural dye work to create clear, informative & supportive learning experiences for makers, creatives, hobbyists & novice dyers. I am passionate about sources of natural colour, plant dye & sharing my love of this process with others!
