In recent chats with Zoe & Morgan, they got in touch & asked if I’d like to answer a few questions for their journal. For those of you not familiar, Zoe & Morgan are a family-run business, creating timeless pieces that celebrate the magic & beauty of life. Inspired by their father’s career as a traditional silver & goldsmith, they gained a firsthand appreciation of craftsmanship and the process involved.
One of the things I love most about my work is the people I meet, fellow business owners & customers. I get to meet new & interesting people and I love it. Having run my own business for more than a decade, I have a deep appreciation for those that choose this path and those that understand or support it.

Do you have a favourite piece of jewellery? What does it mean to you?
When we were young my grandmother used to mind myself and my brother during our summer holidays. She took such good care of me and showed me love, in the simplest ways. Occasionally she joined us on our family holidays and accompanied us to Greece and other parts of Europe. A few years before she passed, she gave me a gold ring that has the Acropolis cast on it. Some of my most beautiful memories are from holidays in Greece with my family and her. It’s a lovely reminder of the good times I had with her and the impact one person can have on someone’s life. She left a legacy of love and nothing but beautiful memories and in doing that she taught me so much.
Zoe & Morgan generously sent me a few pieces of my own & asked me some refreshing questions about my work, inspiration and process. I spoke about freedom, love, good memories and what makes me feel alive creatively. You can learn more about my recent chats with Zoe & Morgan & read the full interview here.
